Audio 1: Self Reiki Meditation: This audio will guide you through a complete self-healing Reiki session and can be used at any time- first thing in the morning and right before bed is the best time.

Audio 2: Japanese Reiki Technique: The Three Pillars: This audio will guide you step by step through The Three Pillars which is one of the Japanese Reiki Techniques. 3 Tracks in total. Intro Track, a full version track (intro+full process) and the process only. Both are a full 45 minutes so that you can play them with sound during a Reiki Session with someone you are practicing on or you can 1) plug in on one side 2) listen to music while you do your session 3) mute it after you have started your session if it interferes with music you may have on. The audio can also be used by Reiki teachers to play the insturctions during student practice sessions.

Audio 3: Japanese Reiki Technique: Byosen Scan: This audio tracks will guide you step by step through Byosen Scan, Japanese Reiki Technique. The track is a full 45 minutes so that you can play it with sound during a session with someone you are practicing on or you can 1) plug in on one side 2) listen to music while you do your session 3) mute it after you have started your session if it interferes with music you may have on. The audio can also be used by Reiki teachers to play the insturctions during student practice sessions.
