Feb 2023: Noah's Journal- The Path to Healing from PTSD

Noah suffered from PTSD resulting in the end of his career as a paramedic. It was not from the death of someone that was the tip of the iceberg for his PTSD, but a person he saved. The key to unlocking his trauma was his Past Lives!
Noah first came to see me in October 2020 after he was referred to me by his psychiatrist. 4 sessions in, Noah had to put his healing with Reiki on hold due to COVID lockdowns and restrictions. He was aware distant/virtual sessions were available however, he felt this part of the work he was doing needed to be in person. Over the next two years, I continued to do research into processes I could use to help clients clear their subconscious and work with their lightbodies/auric fields on a multidimensional level. I found I was accessing a much higher vibrational energy with the same principals of Reiki. Unsure of what to call this new energy, I was reminded by a friend I had actually had the name all along- Earth Light Energies. I was then able to train another Holy Fire II Reiki Master, my male counterpart, in the use of this energy. These new custom healing sessions were more focused and designed to provided deep clearing including past life traumas which have proven to be highly effective and life altering.
In April 2022, Noah returned and opted for the new custom healing sessions I had developed. In Noah’s case, on top of clearing away layer by layer, the sessions opened up his gifts and helped to remove the flashbacks and triggers he had been experiencing, which, until this point, he had been unable to clear because the source was actually from multiple past lives where he suffered similar careers/trauma. In 12 sessions (between April 2022 to Feb 2023), Noah very quickly began to release the bondages of the PTSD and experience a sense of well-being he had not felt or even thought would be possible. In our interview, Noah shares the other healing therapies he tapped into from traditional to a PTSD pilot project.
The beauty of Reiki is it can cause no harm. It has its own wisdom and respects free will. It is complementary to other healing modalities. Even the healing session plan I put together for Noah included working with other Holy Fire II Reiki Masters who I often call in for assistance. Not only did we witness Noah’s health transformation, we witnessed his gifts awaken which he can now use to heal others. Noah loves to help people and felt strongly the way he could do this was to be open about his journey and use what knowledge he gained along the way to now focus on those who have also experienced PTSD. In January 2023, Noah became a certified Usui/Holy Fire II Level II Reiki Practitioner. I feel it is important to understand the power behind Noah’s healing came from within himself. He wanted to be well. He wanted it for himself, his wife and his children.
Noah experienced something that is not often talked about in the healing journey- what happens when you go from not being well, to well. Suddenly, those around you, who have known you for so long as not being well, have a new person before them. This can open up some challenges that need to be addressed in an open and honest way. When people are used to being unwell, and for long periods of time, it can be very difficult to be accepted or even know how to function as a healthy human being. This discussion with him about this aspect of his journey took me back to a documentary I had watched about Earthing. A town in Alaska was given the earthing tools to use- everyone. One person handed her tools back. She had been on disability her entire adult life. She was healed, but now she did not know what to do. She had never worked and had no training to work. She was afraid she would lose the very income she needed to survive. It is my hope that the recovery programs available to those how have healed from debilitating illness/conditions have been designed with this very real outcome in mind.
Noah in now working on a new career and for the first time has so much hope for the amazing life before him. He understands very well that the only way he could have changed direction onto a new and more powerful path was to be sick. We are multidimensional Beings. We are more powerful than we know.
